3. YE  (GUANGZHOU, CHINA)
Senior Guppy Breeder Specialize in SOLID RED, also one of the CHINA GUPPY COMPETITION JUDGE

RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. 3 copies of Male guppy photo, 2 copies must be side view. Image size below 150kb each copy.
2. Competition Photos never be publishing in any web site or media.
3. Competition Photos cannot be edit and also not allow paste up breeder name.
4. All participants only allow registering 2 groups.
5. Competition not divides by Category.
6. Only 20 participants will go to final round.
7. Scoring will be giving by judges for individual finalist. The highest 3 scorer will be a winner. 
    Judges will give comments on the entire finalist.
